Presenting the 2011 Rev. Clarence O'Shea
Memorial Scholarship-Awards program.  
TCGWC President
Bob Plumeri served as
emcee for the event.
Committee members created another edition of the Rev.
O'Shea Memorial Scholarship Awards Breakfast.
Trenton Catholic Academy
won the NJSIAA Girls
Basketball Tournament of
Champions title.  
The buffet breakfast was
held at the Scottish Rites
facility in Bordentown.
Emcee Bob Plumeri walks among an impressive group of
deserving scholarship winners.  These five high school
students excelled academically and athletically.  They are
proud descendants of Trenton Catholic alumni.
One of the highlights of the event was the presentation of
the Father Armand Tough Guy Award posthumously to Pete
Fischer and accepted with moving remarks by his brother
Paul Fischer.
Shown here presenting $2,000 scholarships to outstanding high school students is Doug Hice's daughter Dana Hice
DePugh.  These scholar athletes expressed their appreciation while describing their plan for higher education.  
We are very proud to be part of their ongoing success.  The winners are:  Cassandra Chianese, Notre Dame,
Nicholas Ankosko, East Brunswick, Sean Brett, Notre Dame, Russell Hill, Bordentown and Kyle Tinsman, Notre Dame.  
Russell Hill also received the Doug Hice Award.

Khalid Lewis of TCA accepts the
Jack Cryan Award from
Roger Bigos.
Past winners of the Jack Cryan Award were reunited at the 2011 O'Shea Breakfast.  The award
was established in 1971 and has grown in stature along with all of the other honors bestowed on
deserving students, athletes, coaches and community leaders.  Cryan Award winners exemplify  
Jack's relentless spirit and commitment.  To each of these champions we say,
"Welcome Home."
